Protecting your privacy is fundamental to CallBranch, LLC
(“CallBranch,” “RingBranch” or “we”)
Therefore CallBranch has established a comprehensive privacy program to
respect and protect your rights as you use ringbranch.com (the “Website”) and
our services. This policy enumerates
CallBranch’s commitment to maintaining
the privacy and confidentiality of your personal data, traffic data and
communications content (the “Privacy
Policy”).
1. RingBranch.com
and RingBranch Service
CallBranch maintains the Website through which we offer the
RingBranch service to the public, and for RingBranch subscribers to maintain
their accounts.
The RingBranch service provides
you a phone number through which you will be able to access third party phone
numbers through an automated system. You
will upload the target phone numbers through the website RingBranch operates,
but you will access the service through a third party telecommunication
platform, which may be your wireless provider or your dedicated land line. Third parties will be able to contact you
through the Access Number; such calls will be routed to a number you have
identified in the registration process.
When you use the Access Number to dial third parties, the person you are
calling will see the actual number the underlying telecommunication provider
has assigned to you. (the “Service”)
This Privacy Policy applies to the website, ringbranch.com,
and to the Services. From time to time,
CallBranch may revise the Services, or offer new services, to which this
Privacy Policy will also apply.
2. Data
Collected By RingBranch.com
CallBranch may use a variety of technologies to collect
information from you, or your computer, to operate ringbranch.com effectively
and efficiently. RingBranch.com may use:
(a) Web beacons
which are graphics on a web page, or in an e-mail message, through which we can
create a web log of pages viewed or
messages opened. The computer hosting
ringbranch.com creates a log of your visits, which may include non-personally
identifying information, like the date and time you visited our site, the pages
you visited, the website you came from, the type of browser or operating system
you use, and the domain name and address of your Internet service provider.
(b) Cookies which are
bits of data that ringbranch.com sends to your computer when you access a
website. The cookies allow ringbranch.com to detect return visits, analyze
functionality and provide additional functions.
(c) Internet Protocol
(“IP”) Addresses which are numbers your Internet service provider assigns to
your computer so you can access the Internet. IP Addresses are dynamic in that
they generally change each time you connect to the Internet. If you connect over a broadband connection
your IP Address may not change and may be identifiable to your personal
computer.
3. Data You
Provide to CallBranch
To register for, and use, the Services, you will voluntarily
provide CallBranch to subscribe to the RingBranch service information that may
identify you (“Personally Identifiable Information”) including, but not limited
to, your name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, user names,
passwords. When you subscribe to the
services we will obtain credit card and billing information. You will provide RingBranch the phone
numbers, email addresses and names of third parties whom you will be able to
contact through the Service (“User Provided Third Party Information”). We will treat all information, including User
Provided Third Party Information, you provide us as personally identifiable
information and protected by this Privacy Policy.
4. How
RingBranch uses Personally Identifiable Information
RingBranch uses Personally Identifiable Information to
operate ringbranch.com and provide the Service safely, effectively and
efficiently. Personally Identifiable
Information may be processed as is necessary to:
• provide
the Service;
• fulfill
your order for the Service;
• invoice
you for the Service;
• address
issues related to your account;
• verify
your identity;
• provide
customer or technical support;

request information from you we deem necessary to improve the Service;
and
• contact
you about changes to the Service or new services which might interest you.
RingBranch, or our third party vendors, may use Personally
Identifiable Information to improve the Service, ringbranch.com or for any
other internal purposes. You may choose
to have RingBranch use the User Provided Third Party Information to notify your contacts about the
Service.
RingBranch may use the Personally Identifiable Information
to communicate with you about special offers, promotions, new services or other
opportunities (“Marketing Materials”).
You will have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving Marketing
Materials when you subscribe for the Service.
At any time after subscription, you choose to opt-out, RingBranch will
not be liable for any use of the Personally Identifiable Information that may
have been previously provided to a third party vendor under the terms of this
Privacy Policy.
Except as specified in this Privacy Policy, RingBranch will
never sell, rent, license, trade or otherwise transfer any Personally
Identifiable Information to unrelated third parties. RingBranch will only disclose your Personally
Identifiable Information to its own third party service providers as needed to
facilitate the Service.
Notwithstanding the following, under applicable laws or by
order of a court of competent jurisdiction, RingBranch may provide Personally
Identifiable Information to any governmental or quasi-governmental authority
that makes a lawful request. RingBranch reserves the right to disclose your
Personally Identifiable Information to protect against the misuse of the
Service or to limit our legal liability, protect other users of the
Service.
You agree that your Personally Identifiable Information may
be disclosed to, or transferred to, another entity as the result of a merger or
any corporate transaction resulting in a change of control of the company.
5. Storage of
Personally Identifiable Information
RingBranch may store and process your Personally
Identifiable Information in any country where it, or its third party service
providers, maintain facilities, including in the United States. The laws and regulation of the transmittal of
private information differs between countries, and you hereby agree and consent
that RingBranch may transmit Personally Identifiable Information outside of
your country.
6. Protection
of Personally Identifiable Information
RingBranch, and its third party service providers, will take
appropriate measures to protect Personally Identifiable Information, as well as
data related to traffic, it collects and stores. Only authorized employees or agents shall have
access to Personally Identifiable Information, as well as the data related to
traffic, as is required to offer the Service and maintain ringbranch.com.
7. Access to
Personally Identifiable Information
After verifying your identity, you have the right to access
your Personally Identifiable Information, and remove, make updates to, or
revise the Personally Identifiable Information
where relevant. To exercise the
right to control your Personally Identifiable Information, please contact

RingBranch shall, within a reasonable period, respond to the
request. Upon verification of your
identity, RingBranch shall fulfill your request if legitimate. If you oppose the means or methods through
which RingBranch processes Personally Identifiable Information, RingBranch will
not be able to provide the Service to you and your service will be deemed
terminated.
8. Modifications
to the Privacy Policy
RingBranch reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy
at any time. RingBranch shall post the
modified Privacy Policy on ringbranch.com/privacypolicy.aspx. The modified Privacy Policy will be effective
thirty (30) days after the date of publication on ringbranch.com.
